Terms of sale

Your account

• You sign in with a code we email you, so keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can open your account and tickets.
• Give your real name and a mobile number we can reach you on. We use them only for your orders (see our privacy policy).
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to get around ticket limits.

Buying tickets

• Prices are in Omani rials (OMR). The total shown before you pay is the full amount you pay us.
• When you continue to payment we hold your tickets for 10 minutes. If you don't pay in time, they go back on sale.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paymob. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We never see or store your card number.
• Your order is confirmed only when your payment succeeds and your order shows as paid. We then email you a confirmation.
• Each event has a maximum number of tickets per order, shown when you choose tickets.
• If an order was placed by mistake on our side (for example a wrong price), or appears fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund it in full.

Your tickets

• Each ticket has its own QR code, shown on your order page and in your account. It lets one person in, once: the first scan is accepted and later scans are refused.
• Anyone with a copy of the code (a screenshot, a forwarded email) can use it, so share each code only with the person it's for. We can't replace a ticket someone else has already used.
• Tickets are for personal use. Reselling them for profit, or as part of a business, isn't allowed without our written permission, and tickets resold this way may be cancelled without a refund.

At the event

• Events are for people aged 18 and over. Bring photo ID (an Omani ID card, a resident card or a passport): without proof of age you'll be refused entry, and no refund is given.
• You and your belongings may be searched on entry. Follow the instructions of the venue and our staff.
• We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, behaves dangerously or abusively, or breaks the venue's rules, without a refund.
• Arrive in good time: doors open at the time shown on the event page, and late arrivals may not be admitted to every area.
• Line-up, set times and production may change. Such changes don't entitle you to a refund, except as described in our refund policy.

If the event is cancelled or moved

If an event is cancelled you get a full refund of the ticket price. If it moves to a new date your tickets stay valid, or you can ask for a refund. The details, including how and when to ask, are in our refund policy.

Our responsibility

• As far as Omani law allows, our responsibility to you for a ticket is limited to the price you paid for it.
• We aren't responsible for costs you choose to spend around the event, such as travel or accommodation, or for loss or damage to belongings, unless the law says otherwise.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman that can't be excluded.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat deal with any dispute. We may update these terms; the version shown when you bought your tickets applies to that order.
